Randy Jay Tennefoss age 56, of Amelia passed away on Thursday March 26, 2020.  He is survived by his wife Amy Tennefoss of Amelia; his daughter Whitney Calhoun of New Kent (Chris); his son James "Scott" Tennefoss of Amelia (Chaley); grandchildren, Mackenzie Calhoun and Noah Calhoun of New Kent; Parents James R Tennefoss of Amelia; Miriam Gingrich of Amelia and Jean Tennefoss of Amelia; Siblings Brent Tennefoss of Amelia (Mark); Robin Tennefoss of Chesterfield; Dena Brooks of Glen Allen (Tim); Stephanie Hawkins of Amelia (Wayne); Chandra Hart of Powhatan (David); Randy was the owner of Wright's Ready Mix of Amelia and loved working with the concrete business, but his greatest  joy was his family. Private viewing will be held  at Hillsman Hix Funeral Home with private graveside services to follow  at Arbor Baptist Church Cemetery..  A Celebration Of Life will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, you can make contributions to Amelia High School Baseball Team or Amelia Academy Girls Athletics.
