Robert Phelps Southall, age 69, of Keysville, formerly of Amelia, passed away on Thursday March 26, 2009. He is survived by his daughter Julie Southall Brown of Keysville; brother William W. Southall of Jetersville; sisters Reese Wingo of Jetersville and Fern Lane of Hanover; a grandson James Wesley Joyce; granddaughter Stephanie Joyce Shreck and great-granddaughter Taylor Nicole Shreck. The family will receive friends on Sunday March 29, 2009 from 6-8:00 p.m. at Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home, 16409 Court St. in Amelia. A graveside service will be held on Monday March 30, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Southall Family Cemetery on Selma Rd. in Amelia.
