Roland E. Moran, Jr. (Bubba) died on July 30, 2016.  He is survived by his daughter, Nikki Christine Bryant (Bubba), three grandchildren, Ashton, Adrianna & Austin: step-dad, Willis Spencer, siblings, Linda and Bob Perrin, Larry & Sharon Moran, Billy Moran, Jimmy & Terry Moran, Gary & Stephanie Moran, Anna & David Tibbs, many special nieces, nephews and friends.  Funeral service will be held at 2PM on Tuesday August 2, at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home 16409 Court ST. in Amelia with interment following in the Virginia Veterans Cemetery.  Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Jude's  Children's Hospital. The family will gather at Tabernacle United Methodist Church 6100 Tabernacle Church Lane Amelia, Va. 23002 following the services.
