Roy Mitchell Hicks, III, of Lynchburg, Va., passed from this life on May 5, 2022.  He is survived by his his parents; Elizabeth and James Garrett of Jetersville, and is prededed in death by his brother, Roger Allen Hicks, Also survived by his sisters; Tammy Rhoten of Mississippi, and Teresa Coleman of Farmville.  Roy was retired from plumbing.  Services and interment are private for the convenience of the family.
