Ruth D. Anderson, age 75, of Amelia passed away on October 9, 2009. The widow of Robert K. Anderson, she is survived by her son Robert and daughter in law, Maureen, Anderson of Glen Allen; sisters Mary Meister of Chicago, IL and Evelyn Innocenti of Clearwater, FL; and three grandchildren: Jake, Emily, and Eileen Anderson and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 2PM on December 5 at Pine Grove Church in Amelia with interment to follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or The Susan G. Komen for the Cure Breast Cancer Foundation.
