A resident of Amelia Court House, Virginia, Timothy was born on January 31, 1976, to Joyce Long Osborne and Walter Mack Osborne. He lived a life filled with dedication, hard work, and unwavering love for his family.Timothy was a proud equipment operator at the Virginia Department of Transportation, where he contributed his skill and diligence to the construction industry. His commitment to his work and his remarkable ability to tackle challenges with a smile earned him respect and friendship among his colleagues.Beyond his professional achievements, Timothy was a devoted father to his two daughters, Isabella and Susan. He was also a cherished brother to Sandra Vandermark and beloved son to Joyce and Walter. Timothy's compassionate spirit and warm heart were a source of joy and strength to all who knew him.Family and friends will have the opportunity to pay their respects at a public viewing to be held at Union Baptist Church on June 16, 2025, at 12:00 pm. Following the viewing, a funeral service will take place at the same location at 1:00 pm, where we will come together to celebrate and honor his life. Timothy will be laid to rest at Union Baptist Cemetery, 22110 Genito Road, Amelia Court House, VA 23002.
