Violet "June" Colbert, age 82, of Moseley, Va. went to be with the Lord on June 16, 2019. She is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Phillip L. Colbert, Sr. and is survived by her son, Phillip L. Colbert, Jr. (Wendy) of Deltaville and daughter, Sabrina C. Edwards(Michael) of Amelia, VA; sister Rebecca Mitchell and brother Edwin Bell; six grandchildren, Cole, Kaitlyn (Chris), Justin (Maggie), Taylor, Logan and Seth. And two great granddaughters, Kinley and Evelyn and two great grandsons, Jack and Cohwyn. Visitation will held prior to the service on Sunday June 23 at Woodlake United Methodist Church (WUMC), located at 15640 Hampton Park Drive, Chesterfield, Virginia, 23832 beginning at 2:00p.m. Memorial services will be held at 3:00p.m. on June 23 at the Woodlake UMC.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to WUMC building fund, or Dowdy House at 8921 Deekens St., Amelia, VA 23002.
