Vontel Kenneth Hall, age 65, of Rice, Va., passed from this life on July 13, 2018.  He is preceded in death by his parents; Vontel and Thelma Lee Waterman Hall and his wife; Shirley Ann Hall. Survivors include his sons; Kenneth of North Carolina, David of Georgia, Jason of Amelia, and Gregory Hall also of Georgia, sisters; Emma A. Cook of Appomattox, Sandra Walsh of Mississippi, Patty Johnson, Teresa Taylor, and Sharon Blankenship all of Virginia Beach, Va., seven nieces and four nephews and eleven grandchildren.
