Waneta Ellen Hall, age 83, of St. Louis, Missouri, formerly of Amelia, Virginia, went to be home with the Lord on March 5, 2024.  Ellen is preceded in death by her loving husband of forty-one years, David, her parents Fred Edward Colbert and Lucille Swaney Colbert, brothers Richard M. Colbert, Fred Edward "Jack" Colbert Jr., Robert E. Colbert, and sister Frances A. Frederick.  She is survived by her sons Douglas Hall, of Virginia, Jeffrey Hall and his husband Marc Galloway, of Missouri, and daughters Sheryl Oliver and her husband Michael, of Virginia and Jennifer Hall of Georgia, along with six grandchildren Andrew Hall, Zachary Sweet and his husband Steve, Cody Reeves, Colton Oliver, Madison Hall and two great-grandchildren, Ian Hall and Avery Sweet.

Services will be held at Arbor Baptist Church, 13701 Butlers Road in Amelia, Virginia  on Monday March 11, 2024 at 1:00PM  with burial following in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be held the night before in the church from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
