Barnard

William M. "Bill"  Barnard, age 92, of Amelia, Va., passed from this life on August 12, 2012.  He is preceded in death by his wife, Martha Alice Barnard and is survived by his son, Steven "Reno" Barnard (Barbara) , and daughter, Wanda Marable  all of Amelia sisters, Arlene Worsham of Amelia, and Elsie Garrett of Nottoway, grandchildren, Michael Marable, Angela Marable, Amber Chapman, Dawn Ortiz, and Chris Canady and five great grandchildren.  Memorial donations may be made to the Hospice of Virginia.  Funeral services 11AM on Wednesday at Tabernacle United Methodist Church in Amelia with burial in Little Flock Cemetery.  Visiting at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home 16409 Court St. in Amelia from 6:00-8:00PM on Tuesday.
