Willie F. Bullock was born in Wilson, North Carolina and moved to Browns Mills, New Jersey with his family while still a young child. He departed this life on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at St Francis Medical Center located in Midlothian, Virginia at the age of 64. Willie received his education in Pemberton Township High School. After graduation, he enlisted into the United States Air Force. He worked in Transportation, Electronics Wide Bank Satellite Technician and Trainer and was stationed in many parts of the world. While serving he earned his Associates at the University of Maryland Community College of the Air Force. After his 20-year service, he was employed at Northrop Grumman, Spacenet Inc and BAE Systems. In Browns Mills, New Jersey, Willie met the love of his life and longtime companion, Deborah, with whom he shared 43 blissful years of marriage. To this union was born his only child, Charisse. He was a kind, loving man that loved spending time with his wife, daughter, and granddaughter. He relished in seeing the accomplishments of friends and family. His favorite past times were cooking and grilling with his cousin Keith and riding his Harley with "Kitch." He loved meeting new people and traveling the world, learning about other cultures. He also enjoyed spending time with his fellow service members at the VFW. He was preceded in death by his father Willie B. Bullock and mother Nellie B. Bullock. He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife Deborah Bullock of Chesterfield, Virginia; daughter Charisse Cofield (Alex) of Henrico, Virginia; brother Gary Bullock of Browns Mills, New Jersey; sister LaGwen Bullock of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; granddaughter Charlize Cofield; nieces Kalesha Williams (Calvin) and Tasha Spells (Jamil); great nephews Dijon Bullock, Quamil Spells, Shyreke Bullock and Dallas Spells; great nieces Te'Kyra and Jariyah Spells; and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends and family on Monday May 19, from 11:45 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home, 16409 Court St. in Amelia, where funeral services are scheduled to begin at 12:45 p.m. Interment with military honors provided by the United States Air force to follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia.
