Mr. Wilson Ray Spencer, age 52, of Drakes Branch, Va., passed from this life on June 28, 2017.  He is survived by his wife, Carol Sue Spencer, his children, Robert Foster of Fredericksburg, Va., Betty Ann Sias of Drakes Branch, his mother Liddy Asbury of Crewe, his siblings, Timothy Spencer of Drakes Branch, Jackie Spencer of Richmond, Karen Seifert of Hampton, Va., Susan Hartman of Crewe, Va., Zounia Carol of Meherrin, Va., and two grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 4:00PM on Saturday July 8, 2017 at Full Gospel Church 5410 Old Buckingham Road Powhatan, Va. 23139.  The family will be conducting a private committal at a later date.
