Elbert Ray Braswell

My heart was very heavy when I heard of the passing of Bro. Braswell. The Braswells were my "childhood pastors" at Chester Church of God and I will always have a special place in my heart for the both of them. Their servant's heart goes without saying and their dedication and love truly reflect the heart of the Father. I send my love to Sis. Braswell and family and my prayers will continue for them during this difficult time. He has simply ascended before us, and will be waiting, for our homecoming...for that day, I cannot wait!

Brother Braswell was a delight to be around. It was always a special time when he would preach the Word at Victory Tabernacle. He brought such joy with the wisdom and knowledge that he would share with us. His smiling face and clever wit will be missed greatly!
