Ilene “Jeanette” Combs Williams

A lady never reveals her age.

On January 16, 2022, Jeanette Williams of Jetersville, Virginia passed from this life.  She was blessed with longevity that was also a blessing to the family she loved.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Combs and Ella Easter Combs, and her husband, Ray E. Williams.

Jeanette, more affectionately known as “Mamanette,” leaves her two children, Donald G. Williams (Mary Alice Williams) and Carol A. Piccone to remain in this earthly life without her.

Her grandchildren, Donnie Williams (Janet Williams), Terry Williams and Donette Williams will miss their Mamanette dearly.  Mamanette was always there when any of her grandchildren needed her.  She would drop everything for them, and she was fiercely loyal to them even when they were rambunctious.

Her great grandchildren, Tyler, Matthew and Daniel were truly blessed to know Mamanette and they each gave her joy beyond measure.

Her two pups, Jackson and Suzie, will be lost without her.  Mamanette loved all her pups like they were her children and each one gave her comfort and company.

A private graveside service will be held at Salem Cemetery in Amelia, Virginia. She will be laid to rest beside her husband and parents.
