I always will cherish the memories I have of visiting your childhood home. Good, simple, peaceful memories of playing in the basement, dropping “stuff” down the laundry chute, playing in the woods, looking at the eclipse of the sun through your dad’s welder’s helmet, eating your mom’s delicious meals AND desserts, my first seeing a king sized bed, being taken to a boxwood farm...so many more. And your mom was the center and kept it all grounded . Peace and playful comfort to you all.
