William Andrew Harper, age 67, of Amelia, Va. passed from this life on January 16, 2022. He is preceded in death by his mother; Ida Virginia Tucker Harper and father Andrew Samuel Harper, Jr. and is survived by his siblings Wayne Harper of Amelia, Christopher Harper of Chesterfield, VA, Becky Kobel of Cumberland, and Roseanne Kirkland of Knoxville, TN. William was retired from a tree surgeon business. Services and interment are private for the convenience of the family.
